1. Who we are

This site is run by Human Brand Firm LLC ("Unwrap", "we", "us"), based at 924 N Magnolia Ave, Suite 202 Unit #5014, Orlando, Florida 32803, United States. Questions? Email hello@unwrappops.com.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Returns page and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Adults only

Unwrap products are for adults 18 and over. You must be 18 or older to reserve, buy or subscribe. Keep products out of reach of children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Not medical advice

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicine. The information on this site is general and is not medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a health condition, check with your doctor before use. Stop use and see a doctor if you have a bad reaction. In an emergency, call 911.

4. Pre-orders

• Reserving a spot is free. When you join the list, we don't take any payment and you aren't buying anything.
• When pre-orders open, we email you the final price and an estimated ship date. You choose then whether to order.
• When we charge you. When you place an order, we save your payment method but we do not charge it. We charge it only when your order ships. If we cancel your order before it ships, you are not charged.
• If we're late. If we can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll email you with a new date and let you cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. You are charged when your order ships (see "Pre-orders"). Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. We may cancel or limit an order if there is a pricing error, a stock problem or a suspected misuse. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.

Products are for your personal use, or as a gift.

6. Subscriptions

• What you're agreeing to. At checkout we show the product, the price, how often it ships (every month, 2 months or 3 months) and and when you will be charged. Your first charge happens when your first shipment ships. After that, we charge your payment method each time a shipment goes out, until you cancel. By subscribing you agree to this.
• Discounts. The subscription discounts shown on the product page apply to each shipment, while your subscription is active. We'll tell you before any change to your price.
• Cancel any time. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account or by emailing hello@unwrappops.com. Cancel at least 2 days before your next shipment date to avoid that charge. We'll confirm every cancellation by email.
• Renewal reminder. We email you 7 days before each renewal.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll tell you and may try again. We may pause your subscription until it's fixed.

8. Using the site

Please use the site honestly and lawfully. Don't misuse it, try to break it, copy it or use it for anything commercial. The Unwrap name, logo, images and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Emails and texts

If you give us your email, you agree to get messages from us about your reservation, your orders and our products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.

10. Our responsibility

We make no promise that the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't let us limit.

11. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first and we'll try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute we cannot settle together will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. For important changes we'll also email you. Changes apply to orders placed after the new date.
